Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Commercial Vehicles Location: Pune City Company: NTH TVS Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at NTH Corp an authorized dealer for commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of commercial vehicles in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial vehicle segment (auto rickshaws, pickup trucks, cargo vehicles, etc.) Visit potential customers including fleet owners, transporters, businesses, and retail buyers to present and promote our range of vehicles Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends Coordinate with internal teams (finance, service, delivery) to ensure smooth sales and after-sales experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM or reporting tools Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Familiarity with the local market and customer base Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent Two-wheeler/ four-wheeler with valid driving license preferred What We Offer: Attractive incentive structure and performance bonuses Training and development support Opportunity to grow within a reputable dealership network To apply, please send your resume to hr@nthcorp.in or contact 9765032330
