Job Description

Sales Consultant assists customers in purchasing vehicles by guiding them through the sales process, from initial contact to final sale. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice. Vehicle Presentation: Demonstrate vehicles, organize and conduct test drives, and explain features and benefits. Sales Process: Guide customers through the buying process, including financing, trade-ins, and contract completion. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, and features. Documentation: Ensure accurate and compliant paperwork, including contracts and financing documents.
