IMMEDIATE OPENINGS Job Title: Automation Testing Location :Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Job Description: Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans. Working Knowledge on Selenium or similar automation tools Design and execute various testing methodologies, including integration, system, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify and document software defects, including clear steps to reproduce and expected results. Work effectively with developers to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes. Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend improvements to the overall software development process. Daily and Weekly status reporting Drive the stand up calls Stay up-to-date on the latest testing tools and technologies and implement them to enhance testing efficiency. Communicate test findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of experience in software testing. Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing test plans. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Good Hands on Testing Tools knowledge (e.g., Jira) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
