Automation Test Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute

  automation test scripts

  for

  Telecom E2E stack applications

  across the full

  SDLC

  in

  Telco BSS/OSS

  environments.
• Work in various Telecom domains, including

  Mobile

  ,

  Fixed Line

  , and

  Digital/Online Applications

  .
• Test and validate

  Siebel CRM

  ,

  OSM

  ,

  Oracle BRM

  , and other

  Telecom Billing Products

  such as

  Amdocs

  and

  Huawei

  .
• Understand and test

  Telecom Order Provisioning

  for both

  Mobile

  and

  Fixed Line

  domains.
• Perform

  functional testing

  (System, Integration, Regression) for end-to-end applications and services in the Telecom domain.
• Create and maintain

  test plans

  and

  test strategies

  that cover all aspects of the product.
• Manage

  defect tracking

  and ensure efficient defect resolution and feedback loops.
• Utilize

  SQL

  for querying databases and validate

  invoice

  and

  discounting

  concepts within the

  billing and rating

  domain.
• Ensure alignment with

  product catalogue

  and overall service delivery.
• Develop and maintain automated

  test frameworks

  to ensure consistent testing across platforms.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  working with

  Telecom E2E stack applications

  in

  BSS/OSS

  environments.
• Hands-on experience in

  Siebel CRM

  ,

  OSM

  , and

  Telecom Order Provisioning

  (Mobile/Fix Line).
• Strong technical knowledge of

  Telecom Billing

  ,

  rating

  ,

  invoice validation

  , and

  discounting concepts

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  and working knowledge of

  Unix

  .
• Experience in

  functional testing

  including

  System

  ,

  Integration

  , and

  Regression testing

  .
• Familiarity with

  Telecom product catalogue

  and testing strategies.
• Knowledge of

  Oracle BRM

  (preferred) or any other

  Telecom Billing Product

  (Amdocs, Huawei, etc.).
• Ability to effectively use

  test planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in

  Computer Science

• Experience in

  Telecom Digital Platforms
