Hello Everyone, Optum is hiring Automation Test Engineers at Hyderabad who can join us on short notice. Experience: 7 - 10 yrs Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Location: Hyderabad Primary Skills: Java, Selenium, Jenkins, Git, SQL, Postman/Soap UI, Rest Assured Primary Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test cases for manual and automated testing of applications Work with the development team to understand product requirements and create test plans Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing Utilize Selenium for automation testing and maintain automation test scripts Conduct API testing to ensure services meet functionality, reliability, performance, and security requirements Perform UI testing to ensure the application's interface meets design and usability standards Analyze test results, report and track defects, and follow through on resolutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Experience in quality assurance with a focus on manual and automated testing Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and other test automation tools Experience with UI testing and an eye for visual discrepancies Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases Experience with continuous integration and version control tools like Jenkins, Git, etc Working knowledge of SQL and scripting. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Proficient in API testing and familiar with tools like Postman or SoapUI Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proven good communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly and concisely Interested can shoot their updated CV at mohammad_ayub@optum.com .
