Automation Test Lead

As a Quality Assurance Test Lead, your role will involve multiple responsibilities. You will be leading interactions with clients to understand their business requirements, offering solutions based on your functional domain knowledge and standard QA features, briefing the development team on any required customizations, and ensuring the implementation and QA of the solution developed before client handover. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with clients to understand their testing needs. - Provide consultation on test automation and testable design for both new and established teams. - Establish testing best practices within teams to support ongoing improvement. - Develop automated and manual test suites covering functional and non-functional tests. - Practice and coach test integration in areas such as iPaas, API Gateways, and Multi-cloud platforms. - Facilitate continuous quality culture improvement. - Collaborate with the team to ensure responsible delivery with a broad focus. - Engage the team to enhance understanding and improve team efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in UI and API test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, JavaScript, Postman, Ready API, SOAPUI, JMeter, Java, or equivalents. - Proficiency in CICD methodology and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, etc. Good understanding of API definition languages and documents like Swagger/RAML. - Comfortable working in an agile environment. - Ability to recommend and enhance test practices and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Passion for technology, driving change, and continuous improvement.
