Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG/Junit, Maven, Java, JS, Jenkins, Git/GitLab/Bit Bucket, Jira.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Create and execute automated test scripts leveraging testing frameworks and tools to facilitate early detection of defects and quality issues.
Perform root cause analysis for identified defects, working closely with developers to provide detailed information and support defect resolution.
Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating team resources.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in automation testing with expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG/Junit, Maven, Java, JS, Jenkins, Git/GitLab/Bit Bucket, Jira.
Strong understanding of API, Rest Assured, CI/CD pipeline, GitLab Duo, Python, VB Scripting, AWS, and banking/payments domains.
Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and contribute to the development of acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide and persuade team members and communicate complex/sensitive information.
Educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc, or BCA degree.
