Industry: IT Location: Bengaluru Experience: 2 to 5 years Role: Automation Orchestrator Expected Date of Joining: Mar 10, 2025 Key Responsibilities Skills Automation Tools and Platforms Microsoft System Center Orchestrator - Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing workflows using MSO or similar orchestration tools. Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism for automating repetitive tasks. (Any One ) Workflow Automation Tools- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow), Zapier, or similar platforms for automating business processes. Programming Languages: Python : Strong scripting and automation capabilities in Python for tasks such as data manipulation, API integration, and automation script development. PowerShell : Proficiency in writing PowerShell scripts for automation tasks, system administration, and task scheduling in Windows environments. VBA (Visual Basic for Applications): Knowledge of VBA for automation within Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Database and Data Manipulation: Experience in SQL for querying databases , data extraction, and manipulation. Knowledge of data handling techniques, including data parsing, transformation, and integration for automation workflows. Excel and Spreadsheet Automation Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, macros, and data visualization techniques. Ability to automate Excel tasks using VBA and integrate Excel with other systems and processes. Microservices and API Integration: Understanding of microservices architecture and API-driven development for integrating different systems and applications. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML for data interchange between systems. Cloud Platforms: Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for deploying and scaling automation solutions. Experience in leveraging cloud services for storage, compute, and serverless computing for automation tasks. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand complex automation requirements and design efficient solutions. Ability to troubleshoot automation workflows, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective resolutions. Documentation and Communication: Proficient in documenting automation workflows, processes, and configurations. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management on automation project requirements, progress, and outcomes. EXPERIENCE 1) 2-3 years or more of relevant experience in automation, IT, or related fields 2) Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions across different technologies and platforms (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, scripting languages) 3) Strong analytical skills to understand complex automation requirements and design effective solutions. 4) Experience in manage a team of engineers with experience in performance management and people management skills CERTIFICATION - Any valid certification on Automation/RPA/ Power Platform is an added advantage
