Job Requirements Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Python Automation Expert to join our Product Validation Team, working with a global leading customer. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Python development, hands-on experience with embedded hardware units and interfaces, and a strong background in team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to validate the functionality of our customer's products. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Python-based automation solutions for product validation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and quality assurance engineers Develop and maintain test scripts, tools, and frameworks to automate testing processes Work closely with the product development team to identify and resolve issues related to product functionality Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development Develop and maintain hardware fixtures and simulators to support product testing Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes Analyze and report on test results, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve automation solutions Requirements Work Experience 10+ years of experience in Python development Strong experience with embedded hardware units and interfaces (e.g., GPIO, SPI, I2C) Hands-on experience in bringing up hardware systems Experience with iOS and Android software development Proven track record as a team lead, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and quality assurance engineers Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Experience with hardware fixtures and simulators Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations Nice To Have Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Certification in Python development or a related field What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a global leading customer Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs Flexible working hours and remote work options If you are a motivated and experienced Python Automation Expert looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications.
