Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Automation Lead with strong proficiency in Pytest framework and a passion for delivering high-quality software products. As an Automation Lead, you will design robust automation frameworks, lead a team of skilled engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in software quality assurance. Key Responsibilities : Test Automation Framework Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Pytest . Integrate frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Create reusable test libraries and implement best practices. Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers. Review code, provide feedback, and ensure team alignment with testing standards. Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct end-to-end testing across APIs, UI, and system components. Analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure defect resolution. Qualifications : 7-10 years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years in automation. Strong expertise in Python and Pytest . Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI). Optional experience with API testing , Selenium , or Appium . Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
