Automation Engineer Description Requirement of Senior Service Engineer for Manufacturer of Slitting and Rewinding machines for the Flexible Packaging segment. Location Mira Road, Mumbai About Company profile: SP Ultraflex Systems (P) Ltd is a three decade year old company which manufactures Flexible packaging and Converting machines for the Domestic and International markets. The company specialises in Slitting Rewinding Machines and Inspection Rewinding/ Doctoring machines and is acknowledged as a market leader and trend setter in these domains. The work environment comprises about 100 dedicated people working closely as a team with common aspirations to constantly effect improvements in products and customer support and thus retain its market leadership. Responsibilities To do installation and commissioning, servicing of machines at Customer site (Domestic/International). Troubleshooting of machines through modem support, phone guidance or on site intervention. Responsible for the maintaining commissioning, testing and Service records and documents in the server including machine program, machine testing and trial records, daily progress report related to testing/ commissioning. Propose and establish AMC with Key Customers Hands on experience in customer satisfaction index (feedback and analysis) and retrofitting (potential customers) Desired Candidate Profile Education: B.Tech /B.E in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering. Other Skills: Candidates with 5 6 years of experience in commissioning and testing of machines (Both Automation Mechanical side) of machines related to the Flexible Packaging and Converting Industry such as Rotogravure Printing, Lamination and Slitting Rewinding machines will be given first preference. Candidates who have had experience in web handling and ancillary equipment, who wish to progress into the field of machines are also welcome to apply. Extrovert, with good communication interpersonal and presentation skills. Prior experience of working in ERP environment is desirable, though not compulsory. Ability to collate data and report systematically to management. Good knowledge of MS Office and PPT. Passionate about traveling and networking. Hands on experience with Control of Induction Motors, Drives (Siemens), PLC, HMI, Pneumatics and SCADA.
