- Design, program, simulate and test automated machinery and processes.
- Install, maintain & repair automation equipment and systems.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot automation system errors like machine positioning, levelling etc.
- Document all the process
- Co-ordinate with end-user for all the material availability for the installation & trials activity
- Report Project manager about the activities on daily basis.
- Train engineers on automation system operations & procedures and ask for daily reports.
- Responsible for the engineers activity at SITE.
- Process & system optimization.
-Ensure compliance with safety & performance standards.
- Keep up to date with latest technology & trends in automation system.
- Experience in handling all assembly related process & Equipment.
- Experience in handling stator winding machines.
- Able to modify, adjust & create new programs on winding machines.
- Experience in handling all types of conveyors & material handling equipment.
- Knowledge in General industrial safety requirements.
