Job Title: Automation Engineer Location: Mumbai/Pune/Shirwal Experience: 3 to 5 yrs Education: BE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation. About the Company:- They serves pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies all over the world, and touches almost every aspect of solid dosage manufacturing from providing capsules, to manufacturing machinery and equipment, to protective packaging materials, to traceability solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: B&R PLC programming knowledge is also required, specifically for automation systems (you would need to know how to program B&R's PLCs using their development environment). Strong expertise in Mitsubishi PLC programming (likely referring to Mitsubishi Electrics PLC range such as iQ-R, iQ-F, FX series, etc.) 1.Responsible for Control Architecture design, and PLC/ HMI/ SCADA software programming as per requirement. 2. Responsible for developing Master Application Program in PLC for products as per IEC61131 compliant programming language 3. To Ensure thorough testing and a first-time-right approach before releasing the software program to operation and manufacturing teams 4. Responsible for design, creation, and testing of PLC Level 1 module software code; in order to release Product code PLC Level 1 modules. 5. Responsible for design, creation, and testing of Servo drive, to release Product code for Servo drive & PLC level 1 modules. 6. Responsible for design, creation, and testing of VFD, to release Product code & VFD setting via PLC level 1 modules 7. Responsible for design and creation of product code PLC Level 2 & 3; Servo , VFD and interfaces in order to release Product code PLC, Servo , VFD and Interfaces for the machine portfolio 8. Responsible for synchronized Master care for testing, releasing and version control for PLC, VFD, Servo Drive software code 9. Responsible for authoring, updating SOPs, Automation software company standards, and ensuring awareness by conducting training sessions. 10. Coordinate with controls system (PLC & SCADA) vendors for developing technical Solutions. 11. Drive knowledge sharing of GAMP5, Validation and 21CFR Part-11 regulations & requirements.
