1. Have 3C product processing development experience more than 3years, prefer to experience with cellphone assembly process.
2. Have experience with plastic molding trial (LSR) more than 3 years
3. Long-term stay plan in India, have good communication skill and capability of anti-stress, be good in data collection and logical analysis.
4. Have experience with tool assembly, line qualification and product processing development.
1.LQ verification, performance improvement up to standard (CT, yield, DT)
2. Safety rectification, whether it complies with safety regulations, if not, make rectification (design and safety management)
3. Performance optimization and improvement
4. Daily inspection and education and training of production lines
5. Follow up on equipment debugging progress, abnormal feedback and tracking
6. Equipment abnormality determination and repair acceptance
7. Abnormal material collection and replacement
8. Purchase, use and replacement of equipment consumables, common spare parts, etc.
