Role: Automation Architect Location: Hyderabad Band: P4 Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 8-15 years Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and experienced Automation Architect to lead the design and development of intelligent automation solutions by integrating RPA (Robotic Process Automation) bots with AI-driven technologies . The Automation Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, design scalable solutions, and drive business efficiency through cutting-edge AI-powered bots. Key Responsibilities: Automation Strategy and Design: Develop and implement enterprise-wide intelligent automation strategies by integrating RPA with AI capabilities (e.g., natural language processing, machine learning). Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions. Define and establish automation frameworks and best practices. AI and BOT Integration: Architect and deploy AI-enabled bots that combine RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) with AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI). Integrate bots with AI-driven features like chatbots, virtual assistants, and predictive analytics to enhance automation capabilities. Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to leverage machine learning models in automation workflows. Solution Development and Deployment: Design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Oversee the development and deployment of bots, ensuring they adhere to quality and security standards. Monitor and optimize automated workflows for performance and efficiency. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams, IT departments, and process owners to understand automation needs and deliver impactful solutions. Act as a trusted advisor on emerging trends in AI and automation technologies. Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks for automation to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Ensure automated solutions are secure, auditable, and aligned with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI and automation and assess their applicability to the organization. Drive continuous improvement in automation processes, leveraging feedback and analytics for optimization. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in automation, including 3+ years in an architect or leadership role. Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Proven experience integrating AI technologies with automation workflows. Strong understanding of AI concepts, including natural language processing, machine learning, and computer vision. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, .NET) and APIs for bot and AI integration. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services including LLM models offered by cloud vendors. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
