Job Description

In depth knowledge and experience of PLC Programs in Ladder, FBD and SCL Language, HMI visualization programs, Drive Programs, etc., Understanding Capabilities of all automation communication protocols like RS232/RS485, Profibus, Profinet, and write communication protocol instruction to establish communication between PLC and other accessories for Read/Write data as per application requirement.. Understanding of Electrical design work including Electrical Hardware Design, Electrical line diagram, Integration of Control system, writing of automation system & Application integration of PLC Programming, design verification. testing, as required. Understanding of Electrical Hardware selection like Switchgears, Proximity Sensors, Analog & Digital transducers, Power Supplies, Power, Control & Signal cables, Automation Product PLC, HMIs, Input/output modules,VFDs, Servo Drives, Induction motors & Servo motors etc., Responsible for handling On-site activity (Machine commissioning, troubleshooting) as required.
