Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Programmer based in Mohali district. The responsibilities include programming, testing, debugging, and deploying PLC systems to support automation processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing control systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system functionality. The PLC Programmer will also assist in system design, documentation, and ongoing operational support to meet client requirements. Qualifications Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram). Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging PLC-based control systems. Experience in designing and integrating industrial automation systems. Understanding of IIoT, Industry 4.0 principles, and digitization processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address process control challenges. Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment with cross-functional teams. Field experience in installing, maintaining, and optimizing PLC and automation systems. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline. Knowledge of industrial protocols and HMI development tools is a plus.
