Job Title: Draughtsman – AutoCAD (Real Estate / Construction)

Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing accurate 2D/3D architectural drawings, layout plans and details for residential and commercial real estate projects using AutoCAD and related software, in coordination with architects, engineers and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, site layout plans and working drawings for real estate projects using AutoCAD.​
• Develop detailed construction drawings, joinery details, staircase, toilet, kitchen and other detail drawings as per project requirements.​
• Update and revise drawings based on instructions from architects, engineers, project managers and site feedback.​
• Ensure all drawings comply with building bye‑laws, company standards and relevant codes, and maintain proper layering, dimensioning and scales.​
• Convert hand sketches, old prints and PDF drawings into accurate CAD drawings and maintain drawing records and revisions.​
• Coordinate with site engineers to reflect as‑built conditions and prepare as‑built drawings at project completion.​
• Assist in quantity take‑offs from drawings for basic area, wall and finishing calculations when required.​
• Organize and maintain an electronic library/folder structure of drawings and related documents for all projects

Required qualifications and skills

• Diploma / ITI in Civil Draftsmanship, Architecture, or related field.​
• 1–3 years experience as AutoCAD Draughtsman in real estate, building construction or architectural firm (experience range can be adjusted).​
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD; basic knowledge of MS Office; exposure to Revit / SketchUp will be an added advantage.​
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications and sketches.​
• Attention to detail, accuracy in dimensioning and drafting, and ability to meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
