Job Description

Cutting customer metals, etc. using enclosed fiber laser cutters Processing internal cut orders for manufacturing and engineering departments Scheduling jobs on several machines Laying out parts in CorelDRAW and other programs Checking parts for quality and accuracy Packaging and shipping parts Recording machine settings and job notes in custom software Constant communication and coordination with others in the department Monitoring stock levels for materials and consumables Maintaining equipment, assisting with repairs as needed Organizing and cleaning the laser cutting area of the warehouse Assisting other departments as needed
