About the Company: YRS Prefab is a leading manufacturer and turnkey solution provider for prefabricated buildings, cold storages, industrial structures, and modular housing solutions across North India. We specialize in PUF insulated panels, steel structures, and fast-track construction systems. Role Overview: The AutoCAD Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, 3D layouts, and structural designs for prefabricated buildings, cold storage projects, and portable cabin installations. The candidate should be able to translate client requirements and project concepts into precise technical drawings to support planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD. Develop detailed layouts for prefabricated structures, PUF panels, and steel frameworks. Maintain accuracy in design documentation and ensure drawings meet project specifications. Coordinate with the site team, design engineers, and production unit for design clarifications. Revise designs as per feedback from clients or internal teams. Optimize panel layouts and structure details for material efficiency. Handle BOQ preparation, estimation support, and technical documentation. Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D). Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in prefabricated or steel structure design preferred. Understanding of structural drawings, load-bearing elements, and modular systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Skills Required: AutoCAD and related design software Knowledge of PUF panels and steel structure detailing Basic project coordination and estimation Effective communication and teamwork abilities
