Job Title: Authorization Executive – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Authorization Team within the RCM division. As an Authorization Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate pre-authorizations for medical procedures and services, helping patients receive the care they need without delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and follow up on prior authorizations for patient procedures, diagnostics, or treatments.
• Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to obtain approvals.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage details.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system.
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure clean claim submissions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (Life Sciences or Healthcare preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of healthcare and insurance processes is a plus.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
