Our innovative approach reflects our dedication to making a meaningful impact. Role Description We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include creating engaging motion designs, producing high-quality video content, and designing compelling motion graphics. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement designs that align with brand goals and effectively communicate ideas to diverse audiences. Qualifications Interactive Animation: Proficiency in Rive is highly required. Experience with similar real-time/interactive animation tools (e.g., Lottie, Spline) is a strong plus. Motion Design Proficiency: Strong skills in standard Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Production. Visual Creation: Ability to create visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics. Software Stack: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) alongside Rive. Soft Skills: Strong creativity, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail. Industry Awareness: Knowledge of emerging design trends, particularly in interactive and web-based motion graphics. Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
