We are seeking a detail-oriented Design and Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and manage upcoming projects. The ideal candidate has experience in reading technical drawings, analyzing project specifications, preparing BOQs, and coordinating. Key Responsibilities Perform heat load calculations using industry-approved software (HAP, Trace, etc.). Prepare detailed HVAC system designs, including ducting, piping, ventilation, and equipment layout. Select suitable HVAC equipment (AHU, VRV/VRF, Chillers, Package Units, Exhaust Systems, etc.). Develop technical drawings, BOQs, and specification documents. Ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISHRAE, and relevant codes and standards. Review and approve HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and material submittals. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and project teams. Conduct site visits to review installation progress and resolve technical issues. Provide value-engineering solutions to optimize cost and performance. Support project execution teams with technical clarifications. Prepare project documentation, reports, and design revisions when required. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
