Position: Bengali Telecaller Location: Work From Office Project: West Bengal Election Process Job Type: Full-time (Target Based) Language Requirement: Must be able to read, write, and speak Bengali fluently Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to voters, participants, or assigned contact lists as part of the election-related communication process. Clearly explain the purpose of the call and follow the approved script and communication guidelines. Accurately read and record information in Bengali. Update call responses, feedback, and data in the system in real time. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets as assigned by the supervisor. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity throughout the project. Escalate any issues, concerns, or unusual responses to the team leader. Participate in training sessions and adhere to compliance policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in Bengali (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory. Strong communication skills with a clear and polite phone manner. Experience in telecalling, survey calling, or outbound calling preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Basic computer knowledge for data entry and call logging. Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly. Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or above. Performance Expectations: Meet daily and weekly call volume targets. Maintain high accuracy in data recording. Ensure consistent call quality and compliance with project guidelines. Working Hours: Flexible/Project-based (depending on operational requirements) Compensation: Fixed pay + performance-based incentives (as per target achievement) Additional Requirements: Candidates must be comfortable making large volumes of calls.
