Job Description: Role Overview: - Contribute to the global university hiring strategy for FY25. - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions. - Partner with universities and colleges to establish relationships for recruiting top talent. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the global university hiring plan. - Coordinate and attend career fairs and networking events. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates. - Manage the offer process and negotiate compensation packages. - Maintain relationships with university career centers and student organizations. - Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of university hiring efforts.
