Roles & Responsibilities: Audit & Assurance Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits Ensure timely completion of audit documentation and audit file preparations Draft audit reports and communicate findings International Taxation Support in analyzing cross-border transactions and applying DTAA provisions Assist in documentation and compliance for Transfer Pricing Coordinate with consultants on BEPS, FATCA, and other global tax frameworks Direct Tax – Compliance & Advisory Preparation and filing of income tax returns (individuals, firms, companies) TDS compliances including return filing, reconciliation, and advisory Draft responses to income tax notices and assist in representation Indirect Tax – Compliance & Advisory GST return preparation and filing (GSTR-1, 3B, etc.) Reconciliation of GST input/output and maintenance of records Advising on GST implications of business transactions Company Law & Regulatory Compliance Assist in ROC filings, drafting board resolutions and minutes Maintain statutory registers and secretarial records Support incorporation and compliance-related advisory Certifications & Documentation Preparation and issuance of certificates under various laws (Form 15CB, Net Worth Certificates, etc.) Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely and accurate certification Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of Indian Taxation and Corporate Laws Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and compliance portals (Income Tax, GST, MCA) Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to multitask Good written and verbal communication skills Client-handling and team coordination capabilities Show more Show less
