Cashpor Micro Credit, a Not-for-Profit Company, is a registered NBFC-MFI under the Reserve Bank of India. Headquartered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, Cashpor focuses on poverty alleviation by providing microfinance, health, and education services to rural women living below the poverty line. The organization also partners with leading banks like IndusInd, IDBI, ICICI, and others to provide loans and financial support.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audit Manager based in Ballia. The Audit Manager will be responsible for conducting financial audits, overseeing compliance with financial regulations, reviewing financial statements for accuracy, and identifying risks or discrepancies. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure internal controls and financial integrity. The Audit Manager will also analyze and evaluate financial performance and provide actionable insights to enhance business efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Financial Statements and expertise in Finance and Accounting
Experience conducting Financial Audits and ensuring compliance with established processes
Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying trends
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g. CA, CPA) are a plus
Minimum of 5 years' experience in auditing or financial management roles
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
Proficiency in financial software and tools is preferred
