Independently manage audits and income tax assignments for ~30 clients.
Lead and supervise a team of 5 members, providing guidance and training.
Conduct and review statutory audits and tax audits (Form 3CD, ITRs).
Review books of accounts, financial statements, and tax workings prepared by the team.
Oversee income tax compliances: advance tax, TDS, returns, rectifications, refunds, etc.
Handle and draft responses for income tax assessments, notices, and departmental queries.
Coordinate with clients management for information, clarifications, and closure of pending issues.
Ensure basic review of GST compliance (returns, reconciliations) from an income-tax perspective.
Maintain high-quality statutory and tax compliance deliverables.
