Audit Associate

As an Audit Associate at the company in Guntur, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient audit processes. You will work on both Statutory Audit and Internal Audit assignments, as well as handle other tasks such as preparation of tender documents, presentations, special assignments, Tax Audits, VAT Audits, and verification of TDS calculations and returns. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing Audit Plans and Programmes - Collect, check, and analyze client data - Review General Ledgers - Allocate work/tasks to the team - Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations - Verify financial reports and records for accuracy - Prepare commentaries and obtain client clarifications - Prepare Financial Statements and Notes to accounts - Provide Audit Jvs for rectification of errors - Prepare Audit Reports, MRLs - Ensure better presentation of Financial Statements with requisite disclosures - Maintain robust documentation and work papers - Conduct Meetings with Clients and audit team for work status updates - Conduct meetings with Clients for Internal Audit scope and risk areas - Design test of controls and techniques for Internal Audit scope - Examine Internal controls and financial controls - Prepare work papers for Test of Controls - Conduct walkthroughs, observations, and analytical Procedures - Identify gaps in policies and standards - Prepare Internal audit Reports Qualifications Required: - Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA Graduate - Minimum of 2 years of experience If you are interested in this opportunity, please email your details to u.mukadam@talentcorner.in.,
