Audit Associate

We are a professional Consulting firm specializing in Audit, Assurance and Financial Advisory services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct statutory, internal, tax, and concurrent audits for clients across various sectors.
• Prepare and review audit reports, financial statements, and working papers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify and communicate audit findings, risks, and process improvements.
• Assist in audit planning, execution, and finalization within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and audit-related queries.
• Support partners and senior team members in assurance and financial reporting assignments.

Key Requirements:

• CA Dropout / Semi-qualified professional with minimum 2 -4 years of audit experience.
• Strong understanding of Audit & Assurance procedures, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Practical exposure to statutory or internal audits, preferably in a CA firm environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and audit documentation.
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
