Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US Audit Associate specializing in Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on auditing retirement plans and other employee benefit plans. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise, collaborate with a dynamic audit team, and gain exposure to diverse client industries. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in public accounting with exposure to Employee Benefit Plan audits preferred. Understanding of ERISA, DOL, and IRS guidelines as they pertain to EBP audits. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
