Job description Team ATTICARCH has an opening for an Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer with an experience of 3-4 years purely as 3D Designer in Residential Interiors. JD Will include the following: 1. Job Title – Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer 2. Reports To – Lead Architect 3. Job Overview – Independent Handling of any kind of Interior works related to both Residential & Commercial spaces Right from Scratch to Finish. 4. Responsibilities & Duties: · Preparing Design Outline based on Client's Requirements · Prepare 3D Renders based on the client's requirements. · Finalization of Designs · Releasing GFC Documents for Site execution. · Coordination with Clients & Vendors for Site visits during execution. · Assisting Clients with Material selections & finishes by visiting various Vendor Outlets. · Ensuring completion of works within the agreed timelines. · Briefing of various works to the Principal Architect by means of Daily Activity Reports. 5. Qualifications: · B. Arch/Graduate in Interior Design from any reputed College/Institute. · Proficiency in working on software like AutoCad, 3DSMax, Photoshop, MS Office etc., · Experience-3-4 years of Experience in Purely Residential Interiors. 6.
