Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Hubli, with the flexibility to work from home when required. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting the studio's development projects and generating leads. The Sales Executive will maintain relationships with clients, create tailored presentations, and collaborate with the design team to align sales efforts with studio objectives. Effective communication, timely reporting, and tracking of sales activity are crucial aspects of this role. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, client relations, and lead generation Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to understand and articulate the value of design and architectural services Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively Proficiency in client relationship management tools and basic computer skills Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Knowledge or interest in architecture, design, or related industries is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
