Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for our PUF Panel & Door division in Sampla. This is a full-time, on-site role. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing sales proposals and presentations, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
• Knowledge of PUF panels, cold storage solutions, prefabricated structures, and related products
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
• Excellent team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction or prefabrication industry is a plus
