VAMA.App is seeking a highly organized and empathetic Astrologer Community Management Specialist to help grow and support our network of professional astrologers. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth, supportive, and aligned onboarding experience for new astrologers joining our platform. You’ll be the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through our processes, technology, and values, ensuring they feel empowered to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new astrologers. Conduct introductory calls to welcome astrologers, set expectations, and answer initial questions. Provide platform training and resources to ensure astrologers are confident using tools, booking systems, and client communication channels. Monitor early performance and client feedback to ensure alignment with platform standards. Act as a liaison between astrologers and internal departments (e.g., tech support, marketing, compliance). Maintain accurate onboarding documentation, records, and process improvements. Collaborate with recruiting and vetting teams to ensure seamless transitions from candidate to active practitioner. Share insights and feedback to improve astrologer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in onboarding, community management, or a similar role (bonus if within a wellness/spiritual or service platform). Understanding of astrology and/or spiritual wellness industries (not necessarily as a practitioner, but enough to understand practitioner needs and language).
