Job Description: We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the US recruitment process, sourcing strategies, and compliance standards. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and placing qualified IT professionals across various clients in the United States. Roles and Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates from multiple job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Evaluate candidates technical skills, communication, and experience to ensure client suitability. Handle end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and initial screening to interview scheduling, negotiation, and placement. Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles on time. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring technical requirements. Negotiate pay rates and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Stay updated on current hiring trends, visa types (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.), and market conditions in the US IT industry. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with candidates and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing. Proven experience in working with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors. Strong knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications. Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, Boolean search, and social media. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a night shift / US time zone. Must be target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
