Role & responsibilities Develop deep technical expertise on audit areas. Manage multiple audit engagements and implement high standards of quality. Build industry specific knowledge and capabilities within your team Demonstrate working knowledge of S+H Audit methodologies and tools. Perform reviews of the work prepared by associates and seniors. Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across a portfolio of engagements and industries. Demonstrate professionalism, industry competence and clarity of communication Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating audit conceptual trainings and ensuring that team members are trained. Plan, organize and use time effectively. Supervise timely completion of projects according to job budgets and imposed deadlines. Keep client service team informed as to status of work. Demonstrate professional interest in providing clients with quality services and personal attention by performing above and beyond the call of duty if necessary. Keep current in technical matters and communicate developments to staff and clients. Make technical decisions; final to be approved by partners. Communicate with clients regarding technical issues. Have basic knowledge of all practice areas of the firm. Be a resource to the firm for areas of developed expertise. Preferred candidate profile Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA. At least 7 years of relevant audit experience for US public or private companies Proficient use of Microsoft family of office products including Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from S&H personnel and clients Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment Perks and benefits
