Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC plans for real estate construction projects. Ensure compliance with IS codes and project specifications in all construction activities. Able to conduct & check material inspections, concrete cube testing, and mix design verification. Monitor and verify quality during structural, waterproofing & finishing works. Maintain proper documentation of test reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action records. Coordinate with contractors and third-party agencies for lab testing, material approvals, and certifications. Preferred candidate profile: Strong knowledge of building materials and finishing works quality control. Expertise in soil testing, reinforcement tests, waterproofing, all types of Material test & quality assurance. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and QA/QC documentation. Ability to conduct pre-construction, During and post-construction quality inspections. Should Have knowledge of MS office & proficient in all type of communications.
