Job Description

Under this profile, you will be responsible for promoting and selling corporate travel service to businesses and organisation including mice {meetings, incentives, conference and events}. Your primary goal will be to generate new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. This role involves a combination of salesmanship, account management, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

Identify and pursue potential corporate clients by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and utilizing other sales strategies. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to establish new business relationships.

Ø CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients. Understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets to provide personalized travel solutions and excellent customer service.

Ø SALES PRESENTATIONS:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of the company’s corporate travel services and how they can meet the specific needs of each client.

Ø PROPOSAL PREPARATION:

Collaborate with the operations and pricing teams to create customised travel market dynamics. Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Ø MARKET RESEARCH:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate travel market dynamics. Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Ø TRAVEL POLICY CONSULTATION:

Advise corporate clients on travel policy best practices, cost saving measures, and travel risk management solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Travel Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Location:

  • Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
