V. expansion to India and to some other regions as well as some of our other key Wellbeing brands. You must maintain strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams, lead and optimize the procurement and business development process, and you are passionate about driving growth and reduce complexity for a new business WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE: Lead: Supplier Management: Identify and engage with local and international suppliers, establishing long-term partnerships that support quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of materials Develop a deep understanding of quotation model that India CM is using and optimize the cost from RPM, ME and logistics perspectives. Cost Management: Monitor procurement costs, negotiate favorable terms, and implement cost-saving initiatives with CM and RPM suppliers Procurement Strategy: Support in the development and execution of procurement strategies tailored to the Indian market, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives for LIQUID I. V. s expansion. Lead and Support: Cost Analysis for LIQUID I. V. global markets (China, Europe & Australia: Conduct cost analysis and monitor cost structures for localized production in Europe and Australia, identifying opportunities for cost optimization Daily Operation support: work closely with local x-functional team (supply chain, R&D, QA, RA) and CM team to ensure the smooth production and OTIF Performance Monitoring: work with local SC team and track supplier performance through KPIs, ensuring that suppliers meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations. Address any issues promptly. Assist in supporting operational work not limited to LIQUID I. V. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experience & Qualifications A bachelors degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and procurement best practices Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in the FMCG or consumer health industry. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze significant amount of data and make informed decisions Knowledge of the Indian market and experience in managing procurement processes in India is highly preferred Leadership Entrepreneurship and ownership which are key to drive growth for a young business Result driven, you are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.
