Leading Japanese MNC located at Sricity, TADA is looking for Assistant Manager Position 1 - Assistant Manager - Marketing and Sales Our Client, Japanese MNC is looking for energetic candidates for Marketing & Sales Department in the auto components industry. Our company specializes in manufacturing aluminum die casting and precision machined components for passenger car OEMs and two wheeler OEMS Designation : Sr. Executive / Asst.Manager Marketing CTC Target : up to 6.5 lakhs. Salary is not a constraint for a deserving candidate Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential OEM customers. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to align product offerings with customer needs. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (preferred). 6+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the automotive or auto components industry. Strong understanding of aluminum die casting and precision machining processes. Proven track record of working with two-wheeler and passenger car OEMs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel as needed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Position 2 - Engineer - NPD and Mold Documentation Our Client, Japanese MNC is looking for energetic candidates for QA department to carry out NPD Documentation and Mold Documentation Designation : Engineer CTC Target : up to 4.5 Lakhs Salary is not a constraint for a deserving candidate Key Responsibilities: Lead new product development (NPD) projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, quality) to develop and optimize die-casting molds and precision components. Prepare and maintain comprehensive mold documentation, including 2D/3D drawings, specifications, and process guidelines. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design reviews for new products and molds. Support mold trials, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve mold performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements throughout the NPD process. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in die casting, machining, and mold design. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in new product development, mold design, or die-casting processes within the automotive industry. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and mold design tools. Strong knowledge of aluminum die casting, precision machining, and mold documentation practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
