Asst. Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts

1. Responsible for maintaining professional decorum in the department.

2. Responsible for maintaining books (SAP/Tally) with accuracy and on a timely basis.

3. Responsible for keeping all SOPs updated and implementation thereof.

4. Responsible for team building including defining KRAs of the team members and provide necessary training, if required.

5. Responsible for Managing company's finance including bank limits and interacting with the banks.

6. Will undertake research of MSME schemes/benefits available to the company from time to time and advise management.

7. Responsible for preparation of the Financial Statement and interacting with the auditors.

8. Responsible for all statutory compliances for the company and ensure 100% accuracy and no delays.

9. Any other assignment as given by HoD or higher management.

Desired experience & other desired requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IGAAP) and Companies Act provisions.
• Expertise in finalization of accounts, trial balance review, Budgeting and MIS reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of direct & indirect taxes (Income Tax, GST, TDS) and compliance.
• Experience in statutory audit coordination.
• Experience of Managing Finance including Bank limits.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP and Tally).
• Strong communication skills for coordination with internal departments, auditors, and banks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Ethical mindset with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualification required/desired:

• Preferably MBA Finance or CA - Inter preferred, or M. Com with strong experience.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounts and finance.
• Exposure to handling Accounts & Finance in the manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
• Good Communication skills.
• Must have handled banking activities.
