Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment and help us build high-performing teams. The role involves driving sourcing strategies, partnering with business stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.

• Manage recruitment MIS and ensure timely closures.

• Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities.

Requirements

•Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.

• 3–5 years of proven recruitment experience (real estate preferred).

• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring tools.

• Ability to handle bulk as well as niche hiring.
