ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALITY FOR A JAPANESE MNC AT SRICITY, TADA Position : Assistant Manager Quality Management Level : - Level 3 Qualification: BE - Mechanical Engineering Experience: 10 -15 Yrs experience preferably in an Automotive Industry Budget: 6 Lakhs Per Annum to 12 Lakhs Per Annum Key Responsibilities 1) Conducting Internal Audits - IMS 2) Assisting MR Activities 3) Incoming & In process Quality 4) Review of customer complaints 5) New Product & Parts Approval 6) Testing & Validation 7) Calibration Job Description 1. Conducting internal audits - IMS - Integrated Management System - Manual Updation / Administering quality system programmes, Conducting internal audit and product audit to ensure system compliance, Conducting supplier audits and ranking. 2. Assisting MR Activities - Reviewing and Updating QMS Procedures, Coordinating with external Agencies for certification process, Vendor / Supplier Audit and Approval process, Review of system & process deviations, if any, and taking appropriate corrective actions. 3. Incoming, In process, Final Inspection - Ensuring work instructions and process control methods, reviewing and administering the system related to incoming, in process, sample and final inspection, Taking appropriate corrective actions with reference to non-conformities and supplier related issues. 4. Review of Customer Complaints - Understanding the nature of customer complaints, Analyze and identify the root cause to take corrective and preventive actions, develop appropriate mechanism to train and educate the employees about the severity of the customer complaint. 5. New Product and parts approval - Display of QA alert, Creating Awareness, Study of PPAP / FMEA reports, Customer requirements and special processes and system requirements, checking of new products during product ionization and taking appropriate corrective action, parts approval procedure adherence. 6. Testing and Validation - To adhere all the appropriate testing and validation procedures as per the customer / system requirements, Maintaining all the records related to testing and validation. 7. Calibration - Maintaining the list of equipments, Reviewing the due date of calibration and obtaining calibration certificate for all the measuring & testing equipments on time. 8.
