Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project. Plan and optimize electrical installation timelines for LT & HT systems. Monitor resource allocation, material delivery schedules, and manpower planning. Identify critical paths, potential risks, and mitigation strategies for project delays. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless workflow. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and delay analysis. Track project milestones and ensure compliance with contract timelines. Conduct technical coordination meetings with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Review BOQs, cost estimation, and variation claims based on schedule updates. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry regulations (IS, IEC, IEEE, NBC, etc.) • Preparation of Purchase Requisition in SAP Preferred candidate profile 12+ years in Electrical Planning (LT & HT systems) in MEP / EPC projects. • Strong expertise in power distribution, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and electrical load calculations. • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and SAP ERP. • Experience in resource allocation, progress tracking, and delay analysis
