Job Description

Asst. Manager / Manager Process & Operation (Biogas & BioCNG Projects)

Education:

Experience:

Experienced in
process management and operations
of
Biogas and BioCNG / CBG projects
.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization
of Biogas plants using various
feedstocks and waste sources
.
Expertise in
HS removal systems
,
CO removal systems
(such as
VPSA/PSA
,
Membrane
, or
Water Scrubbing
technologies).
Responsible for
developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
, including
commissioning checklists
and
process control documentation
.
Monitor plant performance, analyze operational data, and recommend
process improvements
to enhance system efficiency and gas yield.
Provide
technical support
during installation, start-up, and performance testing stages.
Coordinate with design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure
smooth plant operations
and
regulatory compliance
.
Ensure adherence to
safety protocols
,
environmental standards
, and
operational best practices
.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of
anaerobic digestion
,
biogas upgrading
, and
BioCNG production technologies
.
Practical experience in
commissioning
,
operation
, and
maintenance
of biogas process equipment.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and process monitoring tools/software.
