Role & responsibilities: Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy To develop and manage the recruitment and selection process To create and update Job Descriptions with the help of the Department head and post Ads on various Job portals. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies & procedures and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Identify Training Needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. Maintain pay plan and benefits program and employees well-being activities Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively & professionally with employees to build and maintain positive relationships. Performing Employee Engagement & Team-building activities for Employees Work closely with managers to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requirements
