MANAGER - FINANCE (QUALIFIED CA) Job Location BANGALORE HO Areas of interest ACCOUNTS Job Type Professional Job ID SA-J531 Minimum requirements - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 to 3 years (post-qualification) - Proficiency with General Ledger Accounting, Audit, Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Taxation, Bank Reconciliation, MIS, Tally, SAP, IND AS Key Responsibilities - Possess a strong understanding of General Ledger processes, with a primary focus on month-end closing journal entries and fixed asset descriptions and reconciliations. - Manage the Balance Sheet reconciliation process, with hands-on experience in preparing reconciliations, rather than simply supervising them. - Apply analytical skills to resolve open reconciliation items and trace journal entries across multiple accounts to their origin. - Prepare daily and monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and assist in the budgeting process. - Strong knowledge of TDS and GST, with the ability to file returns independently. - In-depth understanding of IND AS, especially in relation to Lease Accounting and Asset management. - Coordinate with external and internal auditors, providing them with the necessary assistance and information. - Lead and manage a team of 4-5 individuals, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and responsibilities.
