Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Veloces Consulting Services, your role will involve creating and closing new opportunities using a consultative approach. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: - Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding assigned sales targets. - Execute the sales strategy to target and acquire new clients/students in the education sector. - Prospect and qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and build strong relationships with educational institutions. - Understand the unique needs of educational institutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of Veloces Consulting Services. - Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to specific client requirements. - Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. - Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the education sector. - Track sales activity and performance metrics, reporting to the National Head. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings. - Travel extensively within the region to promote our offerings. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education sector. Freshers could be considered for Junior Roles. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of the Indian education system and its challenges. - Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
