The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of Import operations into Shipping Line and NVOCC , can only apply kingshuk.ray@cordelialine.com only local candidate based in Chennai city with knowledge of local language should apply for the role Responsibilities EXIM DOCUMENATION Handling:Handling IGM of CCTL, CITPL & INKATCustoms amendment related jobs & preparing annexureHandling day to day custom related matterUpdating VSL berthing & Container discharge report/SOB & TDRLong Standing containers follow ups with POL/CFS with Customs/CustomersPreparing DG/REEFER/OOG manifestation and LOIHandling EGM filingManaging TP Bond approval from customs on time to time basisSCMTR implementation & successful execution in South India Operation Management:Depot co-ordination for container movement and inventory managementManaging and monitoring MNR process, Depot visit for inventory management, repair & maintenanceAttending Damage related issue from POL/Customer/Depot side and ensure damage collection Managing CFS operations smoothlyReleasing Form 13 for exports Terminal co-ordination for movement and handling terminal invoicesCo-ordination with POL and POR for transshipment containers and follow up with capacity desk for laden and MTY boxesVendor coordination for custom released work for VA and TSI Attend Long standing cases with Customs with SIB/DRI desk Coordinating with Transporter for MTY movement CUSTOMER SERVICE & CAPACITYCo ordinating with the VO for CBF & FORMOverseas mail co-ordination CS related matterTransshipment related queryRaising ticket and follow up with support teamSupporting CS team for all other issue QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Shipping Trade, Maritime 9+ years' of exp in Operational excellence, Custom jobsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil
